A Full and Thorough Detailing of the ENTIRE vehicle - Inside and Out!
Whats involved?
Wheels First
We always clean the wheels, tires and wheel arches first because they are typically the area of the car that collects the most dirt. By cleaning this area first we reduce the risk of micro-scratches induced in the car detailing process.
Fuel Cap & Engine Bay
The next step of the car wash process is to dislodge dirt, sticks and leaves from the engine bay, and then degrease the engine covers, and the seals around the engine compartment, and we never forget to clean behind the fuel flap.
Thorough Exterior Wash Process
We first apply our Pre-Wash detergent over the entirety of the vehicle and allow it to dwell on the surface. While it dwells, its encapsulating the dirt and contaminants and lifting it from the paintwork. We can then go ahead and rinse that away with our high pressure washer.
Next is arguably the most satisfying moment of the car detailing process. We cover the car in suds using our snow foam cannon. By covering the car in suds, we further lift any grime and oils from the paintwork and importantly we lubricate the surface to further reduce any risk of inducing micro-scratches in the process. We can then take our Super soft and plush woolen wash mitt to gently agitate and clean the paintwork to guarantee a perfectly clean finish. We then pressure wash the car once again and rinse off all the suds and use a plush drying towel to dry the car.
Interior Deep Clean
This is in most cases the most time consuming process of the whole car detailing process. We aim to remove all dirt and debris from inside of the vehicle. We pay special attention to the spaces you can't see, like between the seats and center console. We use a variety of techniques to complete this process such as compressed air, drill brush and vacuuming. We will also take this time to deep clean your seats and extract your carpets and mats.
Interior Detailing
Once all the surfaces inside your vehicle are clean, we are able to start the car detailing process. When detailing a vehicle, we pay special attention to steering wheel, dash, center console, cup holders, door cards, and air vents. We remove and dislodge grime from between cracks of buttons and trim, we apply surface dressings to restore and protect your surfaces, and give the whole interior a double check to ensure we are meeting the Ocean Glow standards of returning the vehicle to its best possible condition. We also meticulously clean your windows inside and out to a streak free finish. The last thing we do is spray our signature Ocean Glow air freshener for a totally completed interior package.
Exterior Detailing
This is the stage where we put the final touches on the exterior surfaces of your vehicle. We start by either applying a nice coating of wax to the painted panels or if requested we will complete a paint correction to remove scratches and swirls. We also restore the black plastic trim to as new condition and apply a nice coat of Tire shine to the tires. We will apply a spray wax and polish to the rims, to really make your wheels glow. We make sure your windows and mirrors are spot free and finally quality check the entirety of the vehicle from top to bottom. This completes our premium package detail and the vehicle is now GLOWING.
